Sometimes your profile may be stopped while updating.

It does not depend on us and may result from:

- update on Instagram or it is the effect of a recent name change,
- exceeding the plan limit (number of followers),
- too small plan for your account size.

If you have a paid plan and your profile has stopped updating, please let us know.

Share your username (enter your username, do not share profile screenshots) and let us know if you've changed it recently.

If you have changed your profile name while using the tools, your data is not updated and you should notify us each time.

We will change your profile name in your account manually.
